If he can be a track star, I can drive a race car

As I came home from school, I was in my 'Home ec' mood. So I got out my red skinny leg jeans to turn it into shorts for sports day coming up this Friday, as I mentioned on Monday (:
I got out one of my other shorts to examine how it was done. It looked simple, so I was confident about doing it on my own.
I marked where I wanted to fold the ends up to at the top, then marked about 2.5 cm downwards (twice), where that was how far up I'd be folding the ends up, twice.

Haha yes, I don't have any 'Home Ec' tools, so I just used whatever was nearby.
After that, I got the iron ready to iron down the folds so it'd stay flat like that and so it'd be much easier for me to hand sew later. Yes, sadly my dad had already sold his sewing machines to people who wanted them so I had no other option ;(
With the sewing, I just sewed on the over-locked bit on all four sides of the jeans so it will stay in place.

Mission accomplished!

*Proud face*

Nah, it looks pretty noob (of course) but good enough, for me ;|
Oh and I finally have my voice back, woooo!
